患者女性，41岁，右胸 “刀割样”疼痛——《西氏内科学》病例

患者女性，41岁，主诉右侧“刀割样”胸痛。数周前，患者首次感觉到疼痛，但最初并未求医。疼痛呈持续性，深吸气不会加重，未伴有咯血或呼吸困难。自诉很少咳嗽，有时咳出“肉色”粘痰。患者否认发热、寒战、盗汗、体重减轻、胃肠道或泌尿道等其他症状。
