患者女性，45岁，因阴道恶臭、水样分泌物持续2个月到妇科就诊。患者称在月经间期及性交后偶有阴道出血。有异常巴氏涂片史，最近的一次即1年前的涂片发现意义不明的非典型鳞状细胞(ASCUS)。
