突发胸痛1h——《西氏内科学》病例

患者女性，60岁，因胸痛到急诊科就诊。患者自述在入院前约1h突发胸痛。疼痛性质呈“抓取感”，起病急剧，疼痛程度以0～10级量表评价为8级。疼痛部位在前胸部中线，并放射至咽部，患者称此前从未经历过类似情况。疼痛无法缓解，可因劳累而加剧。患者有与疼痛相关的呼吸急促和恶心症状。否认出汗、头晕、乏力或意识丧失。
